工作內容

我們正在尋找積極主動的科學家加入研發團隊。  他將負責開發基於細胞的生化檢測，以評估我們 ADC 分子的功能和生化特性。  他還將負責管理嘉正與各 CRO 和 CDMO 等各種外部各方合作的聯絡窗口。

我們希望找擁有生物、生技、藥學、分生、或癌症領域相關的博士，最好能有3-5年博士後經驗，對癌症生物學有深入的了解。  候選人還應具有豐富的組織培養經驗，以及細胞生物學和免疫學技術的綜合技能。  非常需要小鼠腫瘤模型的經驗。我們也期望候選人具有高度的組織能力、前瞻性思維、團隊合作精神，並具有出色的英語寫作和演講技巧。

We are looking for highly motivated scientists to join the R&D group at the research scientist level.  The candidates will be responsible for developing cell-based and biochemical assays to assess the functions and biochemical properties of the ADC.  The candidates will also serve as the company’s biologist liaison to work with various external parties such as CROs and CDMOs.
 
The successful candidate should have a biology related PhD degree and 3-5 years postdoctoral experience in life science , with deep understanding in cancer biology.  The candidate should also have extensive experience in tissue culture, and comprehensive skills in cell biology and immunology techniques.  Experience in mouse tumor models is highly desirable. We also expect the candidates to be highly organized, forward thinking, a team player, with excellent English writing and presentation skills.
