工作內容

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Specialist in Medical Affairs. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong scientific background and an interest in bridging clinical research and medical communications to support the safe and effective use of our products. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, and business development, to support and develop and disseminate accurate medical information.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and review scientific materials for medical professionals, including clinical result publications, presentations, and regulatory content.
•Monitor and analyze relevant medical literature and clinical guidelines to inform team strategies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in medical and scientific communications.
•Research and provide evidence-based responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals.
•Assist in planning, organizing, and executing medical education programs and symposia.

  •PhD degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
  •Familiarity with medical or scientific literature and understanding of clinical research principles.
  •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  •Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  •At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  •Prior experience in oncology, clinical research, or medical communications is desirable.
