工作內容

What you'll do:

-Onboarding: Create and maintain high-quality product content for Klook’s rapidly growing, global customer base.
-Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, content, and booking flow, and maintain a market-leading position at all times.
-Account support: Provide day-to-day operational support to Klook's merchants including but not limited to product updates, settlement, and fixing booking issues to help them maximize sales potential via Klook.
-Other projects and tasks assigned by the managers

オンボーディング業務: 急成長中であるKlookのグローバル顧客プラットフォームに対し、高品質な商品コンテンツを作成し管理していただきます
改善、最適化業務: 商品の価格、在庫、コンテンツ、予約フローの品質を継続的にモニターし、市場の最先端を維持できるよう努めていただきます。
既存顧客のサポート: Klookのマーチャント（顧客）に対し、日々の運営サポートサービスなどを提供していただきます。商品情報の更新、決済関連の対応、予約トラブルの解消などを通じて、売上の最大化を支援したいただきます。
その他お願いしたい業務: アドホックでマネージャーから割り当てられるプロジェクトやタスクを遂行していただきます。


What you'll need:

-Work experience in OTA or the travel industry is a plus
-Strong written and verbal communications skills
-Fluent in written and spoken Japanese. Proficiency in either English or Mandarin is a plus.
-Global-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
-A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
-Fresh grad is welcome
