工作內容

1.Develop and execute project plan from concept stage, sample build from prototype to SOP, following IATF16949 and VDA6.3 standard.
2.Mindset of system level project management.
3.Tracking on project deliverables and timing control to milestones, constant report the overall project status on a regular basis. 
4.Work closely with cross functional teams to meet project development plan and achieve customer requirement to technical and quality goal.
5.Trouble shoot and support cross functional communication.
6.Assist to project budget and resource control, and BOM cost optimization.
7.Risk management with prior planning and timely control.
8.Inspire team members to achieve working performance.
9.Escalation in time for management support.

  1.PM experience 5 years or above.
  2.Experience in automotive field.
  3.Independent and proactively trouble shoot and logic thinking.
  4.Microsoft Project and WBS timing plan management.
  5.Fluent in German is plus.
  6.With automotive related certification or training is plus, ex: ISO26262, VDA6.3, IATF16949.. etc.
