Responsibilities include: •Develop and deliver application training for Laser Scanning Patterned Wafer Defect Inspection System •Use the combination of product application knowledge and training skills together to deliver high quality application training to KLA field service engineers, technical support engineers, and install engineers and external customers either in KLA Training center or at customer fab. •Maintain a high level of Apps knowledge and stay up to date on new product changes and field issue by working closely with Division, PSO and also supporting field escalation when necessary. •Lead the assigned training projects; conduct reviews with stakeholders; provide regular updates to the stakeholders and functional groups; assess risks and actions; assesses efforts, time and resource requirements; maintains action trackers and project documentation. •Independently conduct and lead the review meetings and discussions with subject matter experts to define milestones, deliverables, and training plans •Review Division application documentation, BKM, and specifications. Capture technical information into training documents. Develop well-organized training content and videos most appropriate to the target audience and create appropriate certification plans. •Learn and support basic technical hardware training which include topic such as System Theory of Operation, Sub system dependencies, User interface familiarization and System test/verification. •Learn and use new software and tools to develop high-quality training videos, remote training, web based modules, augment reality models and simulations to deliver highly engaging learning experiences. •Follow and apply standard training design and development best practices, formats and templates.

•Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree in Engineering •Minimum 3 years of field application experience on KLA Inspection or Metrology equipment preferably PUMA and Voyager System •Prior experience in conducting or supporting Application training, formally or informally, or mentoring junior engineers on KLA or other semiconductor tools will be a plus. •Willingness to learn and support basic technical hardware training which include topic such as System Theory of Operation, Sub system dependencies, User interface familiarization and System test/verification. •Effective communication and writing skill in English and ability to communicate comfortably with international audience. •Strong presentation and interpersonal skill •Able to conduct afternoon shift class if needed •Ability to travel ~ 20%
