工作內容
1. Support the in-house/out-sourced in vivo efficacy study of early and late-stage research projects and develop biomarker tools.
2. Lead monkey toxicology/PK studies and be responsible for reviewing and revising toxicology reports for IND-filing.
3. Develop and implement biomarker strategies and patient selection biomarkers.
4. Support early clinical PoC and development phases.
5. Collaborate with the clinical development team to design and execute appropriate phase 1/2a study(s) to generate FIH safety, PK, PD, biomarker or efficacy/PoC data to support continued clinical development.
6. Build strong relationships with opinion leaders, scientific advisors, alliance partners and patient advocacy groups to help drive the scientific communications program and to ensure that team meets scientific and business objectives.
7. Oversee & manage the RD Translational Medicine organization of 8+ scientists.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Education: M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. with specialized training in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related fields.
2. Experience: 6+ years in early clinical research and drug development, with strong expertise in translational and precision medicine, biomarker sciences, and oncology.
3. Leadership: 2+ years of managerial experience, with a proven track record in project and team management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
4. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of monkey toxicology/PK studies and clinical development, and experience adhering to ICH, GCP, and GLP guidelines.
5. Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with regulatory interactions and submissions.
6. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and disciplines.
7. Leadership & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently, with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
8. Problem-solving & Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, capable of making effective progress on complex projects while knowing when to seek input from colleagues and senior management.
9. Strong scientific methodology, communication, and presentation skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple research and development programs.
11. Ability to constructively facilitate debate across deep technical and broad strategic issues and develop alternative options.
