工作內容

This Business Development / Senior Manager or Manager is an integral part of Caliway’s BD team. You will be working closely with BD colleagues, VP of BD and our CEO. The role is critical to support Caliway's medical branding, scientific outreach initiatives, and collaboration efforts within corporate development. You will engage with doctors involved in our clinical trials and provide scientific support for licensing activities. Your work will ensure that Caliway's innovations are well-understood and effectively positioned within the medical community and among our business partners. 

Job Summary: 
1. Medical Branding: You will work as part of the team or independently to identify, assess, and executive accretive strategic growth opportunities within the company’s profile and will support business development, partnership, or licensing activities. 
2. Stakeholder Engagement: You will support the development of stakeholder relationships including our KOL clinicians, external bio/pharma partners, and internal cross-functional projects.
3. Market and Industry Analysis: You will be routinely analyzing and reporting on competition, market trends, business opportunities, and pitch activity in efforts to develop and implement corporate mandates.
4. Scientific Support for Licensing Activities: Provide scientific insights and support to licensing teams to advance key partnerships and licensing opportunities, ensuring that company's therapeutic portfolio is optimally represented.
5. Publication Development and Review: Collaborate with internal and external experts to generate and review scientific publications, abstracts, and posters that highlight company's clinical data and research advancements.
6. Strategic Support: Contribute to corporate development frameworks and initiatives, aligning with company’s growth trajectory. Travel as needed to participate in BD-related activities to promote company products or images.

  1. Master's degree in Medical, Bio-science, or Healthcare with cross exposure to Business or Marketing, Communication preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in the Bio-Pharma industry demonstrating knowledge, capability, and expertise in business operations, marketing, and industry analysis.
  3. Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin. Able to dissent complicated topics into powerful messages and eloquent in presenting them.
  4. Able to build relationships and connections with internal and external stakeholders and transform it into the drive for corporate purposes.
  5. Have excellent multitasking skills yet attention to detail.
