您的工作內容：
專案協調與管理
負責協調供應商與內部團隊，確保產品開發專案能夠按時、在預算內完成。
制定並傳達清晰的專案計劃，包括時間表、成本與資源分配。
監控專案進度，確保關鍵里程碑達成，並在風險發生前妥善應對。
使用有效的溝通工具，確保所有相關人員掌握最新專案進度。
供應商與廠商關係管理

與供應商談判，以獲取最佳產品成本與交貨時程。
與台灣及中國的供應商密切合作，確保專案順利執行。
偶爾需要前往中國，拜訪合作工廠並監督生產進度。
報告與風險管理

追蹤專案變更，管理範圍、時間表及成本的調整。
在需要時，向管理層提供清晰的英文報告。
維護完整的專案文件，包括需求、產品規格、報價單及樣品記錄。

unior Project Manager – Consumer Electronics (Taipei, Taiwan)

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of coordinating product development projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow by working closely with our Canada team and directly engaging with vendors and factories. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and excited about working in a fast-paced international business, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination & Management
• Ensure product development projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop and communicate clear project plans that include timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify key milestones, and address potential risks before they become problems.
• Use effective communication tools to keep all stakeholders informed.

Vendor & Supplier Relations
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best product costs and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with suppliers in Taiwan and China to ensure smooth project execution.
• Occasional travel to China to visit partner factories and oversee production progress.

Reporting & Risk Management
• Track project changes and manage adjustments in scope, timeline, and costs.
• Provide clear reports in English to management when needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, product specs, quotations, and sample records.

✔ Language Requirements: Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
