工作內容

這個重要角色需要做: 
1. 規劃、管理專案，滿足要求根據截止日期和預算限制。
2. 與團隊合作，定義專案範圍、目標和可交付成果。
3. 維護專案計劃、進度和預算表。
4. 分配資源，並在專案週期中監控資源利用情況。
5. 識別和緩解專案風險和問題。
6. 協調專案團隊成員，並前後和所有利益相關者之間做溝通。
7. 追踪專案進度，並向管理層和利益相關者報告關鍵指標。
8. 確保專案交付成果符合質量標準和客戶期望。
9. 進行專案事後分析，並確定流程改進的機會。

我們需要你能是一個：
1. 學士學位或在類似角色中管理專案的經驗(對PM有熱忱且了解，不一定專業相關學系畢業)。
2. 對挑戰持開放態度，有完成專案的責任感和優秀的問題解決能力。
3. 出色的領導力、溝通和人際交往能力。
4. 大多數客戶來自美國和歐洲，因此需要基本的英語能力。
5. 深入了解專案管理方法和實踐每個概念。
6. 能夠有效地處理多任務並優先處理較緊急性需求。

You are waiting for the role to help us:
1. Plan and manage projects from start to finish according to deadlines and budget constraints.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the team.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Allocate resources and monitor resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
6. Coordinate project team members and facilitate communication among all stakeholders.
7. Track project progress and report on key metrics to management and stakeholders.
8. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
9. Conduct project post-mortems and identify opportunities for process improvements.

You will be the best team player we need:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or proven experience managing projects in a similar role, (front-end background is a plus).
2. Open-mind mindset for willing challenges, a sense of responsibility to complete projects, and being an excellent problem solver.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Most clients are from the US and Europe, so basic English proficiency is required.
5. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
