工作內容
- Strong business sense and over 10 years sales and marketing experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical channels
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's sales channels
- KPI setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales respresentatives
- Present sales, revenues and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
