Job Mission: Digital marketing expert, especially paid media and performance marketing
Main Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and measure the success of our online digital media activities. This position will be heavily involved in paid media strategy planning and operations of global branding and performance campaigns on multiple ad platforms, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitters Ads, and DSP solutions. Responsibilities include the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaign results for VIVE/ HTC main product lines globally. This role is under the Global Marketing team at our HQ in Taipei. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various departments within the company and co-work with regional teams in different markets.
Digital Media Campaign Strategy and Execution (B2B/ B2C): • Identify objectives and advise on suitable measurement strategies. • Benchmark performance across digital media channels and advise on measurement KPIs. • Set up campaigns and manage multiple digital media ad accounts across different platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute media campaigns at the global and regional scope. • Use methodical performance analysis to optimize campaign strategies and performance. • Research and identify potential new innovative methodologies and tools that may be used to optimize digital media strategy and execution.
Digital Media Reporting and Analysis: • Analyze data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results. • Perform ROAS/ ROI analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of different digital marketing campaigns. • Analyze the effectiveness of multiple digital media channels; develop and implement innovative strategies for improvement and performance growth. • Deliver campaign performance analysis reports via Excel/ Power BI and presentations to stakeholders among different global regions. • Data management/market trend observations. • Keep track of paid media trends and best practices in the markets.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing paid media buying hands-on experience. •Ability to set up, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns is a must. •Familiar with media advertising platforms and need to have practical experience for operate these relevant platforms. • Being Familiar with The Trade Desk or any DSP platforms is a plus. •Extensive project management experience •Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead and manage projects proactively •Attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement •Strong analytical abilities, including analyzing data and drawing insights •Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for producing reports and presentations •Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills •Ability to research, troubleshoot potential issues and articulate problems with internal groups. •Prior experience in the consumer electronics and mobile phone and VR industry is a plus.
