ATEN International, a world-leading provider of access management and connectivity solutions, seeks an experienced Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to create dynamic, impactful content (in English) for ATEN’s social media channels and websites. If you have experience in social media marketing, content creation, video production, or technology, this is your chance to shape ATEN’s digital presence and make a lasting impact globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: 
•  Manage ATEN's head office social media platforms and provide strategic guidance to regional business units (RBUs).
•  Craft engaging content (e.g., carousels, animations, graphics, short videos) leveraging existing product and solution assets.
•  Develop fresh, innovative social media campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
•  Create data-driven social media strategies informed by trends and performance analysis.
Content Creation:
•  Transform website content formats to effectively communicate the value of ATEN’s products and solutions.
•  Create compelling feature articles, case studies, and resources supporting marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
•  Produce structured video content tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.
•  Collaborate on developing corporate marketing assets (channel materials, event promotions), and assist with branding, key messaging, and slogan creation.

  •  Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in writing, editing, content creation, or video production (technology marketing experience preferred but not required).
  •  Proven expertise in managing content for social media and video-based platforms.
  •  Proficiency or willingness to learn video editing tools and/or AI video creation software.
  •  Creative, self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn about ATEN’s technologies.
  •  Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in global teams.
