工作內容

(1)台灣(高雄)或海外(越南、泰國)大樓及廠房興建工程之機電、空調、製程配套相關工程之規劃、設計、預算、選商作業。 
(2)前項工程之專案執行含現場工地進度、品質及成本管控、測試驗收。 
(3)台灣(高雄)或海外(越南、泰國)工地管理溝通工作包含使用單位、承包商管理。 
(4)建廠工程所在之當地政府溝通工作。 
(5)採購、發包文件製作。
(1) Planning, design, budgeting, and vendor selection for the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and process integration-related projects for the construction of buildings and factories in Taiwan(Kaohsiung) or overseas (Vietnam, Thailand).  
(2) Responsible for on-site progress, quality, and cost control, as well as testing and acceptance. 
(3) Responsible for site management and communication in Taiwan(Kaohsiung) or overseas (Vietnam, Thailand). 
(4) Communication with local government authorities for factory construction projects. 
(5) Preparation of procurement and contracting documents.

  2.有廠務或建廠經驗佳

  5. 有實際執行廠務或建廠或節能專案經驗佳
  6. 具LEED、EEWH、ISO50001相關認證工作經驗尤佳
  
  1.College degree or above. Graduated from electrical engineering, HVAC, mechanical engineering, or marine engineering.
  2.Experience in factory management or factory construction is preferred.
  3.Familiarity with CAD and BIM software.
  4.Ability to speak, listen, read, and write English (TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred).
  7.Experience in actual factory management, factory construction, or energy-saving projects is preferred.
  8.Experience in LEED, EEWH, or ISO50001 certification is preferred.
