Digital AI Driven Solutions - Lead deployment and industrialization of digital AI driven solutions (such as ‘Talk To My Plant’) across all plants - Define and execute digital roadmap. Highlight organisation change and resources needed to deliver the roadmap.

Data, Architecture & Integration - Implement data governance practices ensuring single source of truth - Align local architecture with Group integration and data platform standards - Promote API-based integration and system interoperability - Reduce shadow IT through rationalization and standardization 4. Cybersecurity & Compliance -Ensure IT environment complies with Client contractual requirements,Local regulatory constraints ,corporate standards -Coordinate DRP readiness, vulnerability management and awareness programs 5. IT Service Delivery & Vendor Management
