一、 職稱：助理教授（含）以上教師
二、 名額：1名。
三、 擬任課程：
(一) 批判理論與創意思考 (Critical Theories and Creative Thinking)
(二) 藝術行銷或藝文組織經營與管理 (Art Marketing Strategies or Cultural and Art Organization Management)
(三) 文化政治與文化政策(Cultural Politics and Cultural Policy)
四、 聘任條件：
(一) 本單位為國際學程，授課教師必須全英語教學、全英文論文指導。
(二) 研究專長須符合下列領域中至少一項：文化政策、文化創意產業、當代藝術策展。
(三) 有美術館或藝文場館等相關實務專業經驗者為佳。
(四) 依本校規定，新聘專任教師應義務擔任行政工作至少三年。
(五) 新聘教師於到職日起二年內為試聘期，試聘評核通過後，始得續聘。
(六) 依照本校專任教師之待遇標準支給。
五、 學歷及資格：
(一) 具有助理教授(含)以上教師證書者。
(二) 或具博士學位或其同等學歷證書，成績優良並有專門著作者。
(三) 國外學歷應經駐外單位完成驗證。
(四) 無臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例第9條之1所定情事，並未在中國大陸設有戶籍、領用中國大陸護照、身分證、定居證或居住證，並填具及繳交擬任人員未在中國大陸設有戶籍、領用中國大陸護照、身分證、定居證或居住證具結書 (請至本校人事室網頁/到離職專區/教研人員項下下載)

Full-Time Faculty (Tenure Track)

4. Job Qualifications
• Teach courses and supervise Master's theses in English.
• Non-native Chinese speakers must demonstrate an intermediate or higher level of proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Research expertise must align with one of the following areas: Cultural policy, cultural and creative industries, contemporary art curating.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant professional experience in art-related institutions, such as art museums or cultural venues.
• Under university policy, new full-time professors are required to undertake administrative duties for a minimum of 3 years.
• Faculty members must participate in university administrative meetings in Mandarin Chinese.
• The initial two years of employment will serve as an evaluation period, with the possibility of contract renewal subject to formal assessment.
• Compensation will be commensurate with standard wages for full-time faculty at Taipei National University of the Arts.
5. Expected Courses to be Taught:

6. Academic Eligibility
• Experience as a professor at the Assistant Professor level or above (must be able to provide certification).
• Or, possessing a doctorate degree or an equivalent academic certificate, along with a track record of academic excellence and scholarly publications.
• The applicant declares no violations under Article 9-1 of the Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area, and holds no household registration, passport, ID card, settlement certificate, or residence permit in Mainland China. The applicant must submit the signed Affidavit of Non-Household Registration and Non-Possession of Passport, ID Card, Settlement Certificate, or Residence Permit in Mainland China (downloadable from the Personnel Office website under Onboarding/Offboarding Section).

• Academic resume (including academic experience, Master’s and Doctoral theses title, published works, areas of expertise, and reference contact).
• Copy of the employment certification as a professor at the Assistant Professor level or above (not required if applying without said experience).
• Copy of the academic certification of the highest degree attained (if the diploma is issued by a non-Taiwanese institution, verification by a ROC Taiwan overseas representative office is required).
• Proof of professional achievements, works, performances, or productions (optional).
• Plan for future teaching and research and 2 outlines of proposed courses mentioned above (must be written in English).
