1. Communication system architecture design and planning.
2. System requirement and specification analysis.
3. Have the following professional knowledge (one or more): wireless communication systems, programming, software engineering.
4. Project proposal and specification survey.

  3. Skills (one or more):Wireless communication systems, programming, software engineering, management information systems, technology planning and management.
  4. Additional Preferred Qualifications:
   -Experience in system development.
   -Applicants with practical experience in communication systems, platform service integration, coordination and management are preferred.
