工作內容

【 What will you do? 】
• Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and latest AI developments to inform product innovation.

• Develop and propose cutting-edge service concepts based on client discoveries and research insights.

• Assist in deconstructing clients' requirements and converting them into short-term or long-term development strategies.

• Assist in evaluating product iteration cycles with stakeholders from different departments (project managers and engineers).

• Direct workshops with various stakeholders to generate ideas and align on product visions.

【Who are we looking for?】
• Familiar with various user research methods and able to define project scope efficiently.

• Familiar with design tools to propose high-fidelity prototypes for client testing (Miro, Figma, or Sketch).

• Ability to articulate concepts based on insightful research.

• Ability to articulate research processes and communicate with stakeholders.

Think systemically and ability to identify root problems.

【 Nice to Haves 】
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to accurately locate issues in complex business scenarios.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
