Role Overview:
We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support Caliway's medical branding, scientific outreach initiatives, and collaboration efforts within corporate development. In this unique role, you will engage with doctors involved in our clinical trials, provide scientific support for licensing activities, and drive impactful publication efforts. Your work will ensure that Caliway's innovations are well-understood and effectively positioned within the medical community and among our business partners."
1.Medical Branding and KOL Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships
with physicians participating in Caliway's clinical trials. Ensure brand alignment,
facilitate effective communication, and support engagement strategies to enhance
Caliway's presence within the medical community.
2.Scientific Support for Licensing Activities: Provide scientific insights and support to
licensing teams to advance key partnerships and licensing opportunities, ensuring
that Caliway's therapeutic portfolio is optimally represented.
3.Publication Development and Review: Collaborate with internal and external
experts to generate and review scientific publications, abstracts, and posters that
highlight Caliway's clinical data and research advancements.
4.Journal Publication: Coordinate with external medical writer and internal members
for clinical study article writing and journal submission.
5.Clinical Study Support: Coordinate with internal Project Manager to generate
presentation material of clinical studies.
6.Education and Training: Conduct thorough training sessions for internal teams on
therapeutic areas, product data, and recent scientific developments.

其他條件:
1.Minimum MS degree in a relevant scientific discipline, with advanced degree
(PhD, PharmD, MD) a plus.
2.2-3 years of experience in an MSL or comparable role in a biotech or pharmaceutical
company.
3.Strong experience in working with KOLs and scientific communication
4.Familiarity with clinical study background knowledge and clinical study results and
capable of providing preliminary feedbacks for clinical study questions during the
meeting.
5.Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to simplify complex scientific
information for a variety of audiences.
