工作內容

Responsibilities:
1. Understand business objectives of customers and eliciting requirements.
2. Formulate real world problems into corresponding solvable abstract representations.
3. Collect, process and cleanse raw data from a wide variety of sources.
4. Evaluate the practicality of SOTA ML/DL algorithms and implement corresponding methods using real-world data.
5. Test-Driven Development (TDD) throughout the development process.
6. Integrate machine learning product into PEGAAi.
7. Track product performance in the field and drive continual performance improvements.

  Minimum Qualifications:
  Good communication skills.
  Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  Familiarity with Generative AI and Multimodal Foundation Models is a plus.
  Proficient programming skills in Python (additional proficiency in C, C++ is a plus).
  Familiarity with machine learning tools such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning-related projects.
