(a.)Key Component Selection.
(b.)Magnetic, power circuit, control circuit, and protection circuit design.
(c.)Draft of Magnetic Component Spec. 
(d.)Schematic design (Calculation/Simulation).
(e.)Tolerance Design.
(f.)Worst Case Analysis.
(g.).Draft EE DFMEA.
(h.)Compliant to Global Customer´s request.
2. Electrical simulation(Ansys maxwell, Ansys HFSS)
3. EMI/EMC analysis (familiar with S parameters)
4. Product development
5. Advanced study of topology evolution
