Growth Marketing Team Lead (Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking Focus)
Vpin (www.vpin.club) is a Gen AI video learning platform based in Taiwan, serving a growing global user base. Recently, we were honored to be invited to join the NVIDIA Inception program, a prestigious initiative recognizing and supporting cutting-edge startups revolutionizing industries with AI.
As we continue our journey of growth, we are seeking an innovative and data-driven Growth Marketing Team Lead to spearhead strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Validate Addressable Markets
- Research and define potential markets, exploring where our product can deliver the most value.
- Engage in customer interviews or surveys, competitive analysis, and market research to confirm market potential and refine our understanding of target users.
- Collaborate to craft a compelling product vision and strategy rooted in solving real customer pain points, ensuring our solution stands out in the marketplace.
2. Achieve Product-Market Fit with Measurable Traction
- Develop and test core features with an MVP approach to gather actionable insights.
Deeply understand our target market’s pain points and articulate how our product uniquely addresses those challenges.
- Foster user engagement and community growth across social platforms such as Facebook, LINE, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Iteratively refine our product concept using real-world feedback, competitor analysis, and market trends.
3. Develop a Sustainable Growth and Revenue Model
- Define key milestones and metrics to guide our growth trajectory, including user acquisition targets, customer retention goals, and engagement benchmarks.
- Use data to guide product decisions, ensuring early success in revenue generation, user growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Outline a clear path to profitability, supporting a consistent revenue model that scales effectively and retains users over time.
Qualifications:
1. Entrepreneurial Leadership:
• Ability to take initiative and lead projects with creativity and independence, thriving in a startup environment without pre-set boundaries but with a focus on making strategic, meaningful contributions.
2. Proven Growth Expertise:
• At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, with a strong record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
3. Strategic and Analytical Skills:
• Proficient in analyzing user behavior, conducting market research, and crafting data-driven growth strategies using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
4. Community and Content Engagement:
• Experience growing online communities, collaborating with influencers, and executing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LINE, and Instagram.
5. Results-Driven Mindset:
• Proven ability to set and achieve growth and revenue goals, delivering measurable results that scale effectively.
