We are seeking a highly-driven and motivated Performance Marketing Executive with proven ability to assist our team in managing our online multichannel business in the USA. The ideal person for this role needs to understand the US brands, digital retail landscape, and social media performance marketing, have a good command of English verbally and in writing, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities · Plan, implement, manage, report on, and adapt multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet KPIs and within agreed budgets. · Develop and execute strategies and tactics for new store or platform/product launches and store visibility across online channels · Develop brand-level content calendar key markets with a focus on seasonal/tactical product campaigns · Execute an online brand awareness campaign and contribute to customer acquisition strategy · Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of different campaigns and initiatives · Evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities against goals and generate insights to further improve the effectiveness · Leverage data to improve UX and UI decisions · Provide report statistics measuring the performance of campaigns against goals (ROI, ROAS and KPIs) · Provide back-end and administrative support, including maintenance and updating of store, inventory, app, and delivery platform menus, as well as other general execution support · Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures · Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, potential customers, and third-party services. · Report directly and work closely with the team manager on planning and implementing subject/channel or team-level projects/campaigns and all projects.

· At least a Degree in Marketing or a related field · Preferable with at least 2-4 years of experience in the global/USA retail industry · Verbal & written fluency in English · Able to multi-task · Strong analytical skills · Quick-thinking, creative, and a good problem-solver · Proven track record in project management and budget planning · Advanced knowledge of managing the Shopify platform · Knowledge of running ads on Social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Google Analytics, etc.) · Hand-on understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) · Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint/Google Sheets · Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator · Team Player with a positive learning attitude in a fast-paced environment · International exposure is highly advantageous
