工作內容
Zyxel is looking for a brand management/PR manager in charge of the brand and marketing-related tasks for the company and its service provider broadband solutions. You act as a multi-way bridge among multiple product SBUs, marketing teams, and external functional agencies to develop clear annual strategies and promotion plans for Zyxel company and brand. Responsibilities include:
1. Corporate & Brand Management
Regular company and media material initiated and released, including but not limited to: company profile, corporate announcement, corporate ESG, and annual reports. Develop and execute annual plans based on brand direction and guidelines. Attend corporate/product award contests to strengthen company exposure and leading position.
2. Product/Event Launch
Lead the PR and product marketing teams to develop promotion plans and communication materials for product launches, including but not limited to, press releases, social media posts, sales kits, and success stories, according to SBU’s product roadmaps and the company's marketing calendar. Assist regional marketing launches or PR programs.
3. Media Events/Activities
Work with internal teams to organize headquarters/global media events and activities. Develop press kits; monitor relevant media coverage; create reports and analyses of activity exposure.

其他條件:
1. At least 5 years of experience in the networking or high-tech industry, preferably in PR or brand management. Strong technical background with knowledge of telco/ISP or B2B business.
2. Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools in promoting company and solutions.
3. Proactive attitude with superior planning, coordination, and implementation skills. Able to work independently.
4. Strong technical and marketing acumen. Able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts into selling points, and derive executable marketing plans to achieve communication objectives.
5. Fluent in English. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to communicate with western team members and overseas branches.
