1. In charge of mass haircare brand
2. Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
3. Build & implement marketing mix strategies (IMC), and maintain growth in pillar products.
4. Implement and manage POSM, brand image and retail visibility.
5. Work & think independent with organized teamwork & cross function communication (sales, logistic, EC, R&D etc.).
6. Sensitive about figures, launch analysis and review.
