• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) or sustaining project management
• Lead cross-functional team to generate RFQ responses for customers
• Create project plans, development schedules, and master build plans
• Oversee sample builds, including PCBA, mechanical parts, and system-level components
• Driving materials, tooling, and factory capacity to meet customer demand
• Manage customer relationships

  Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in program management, design, or manufacturing of servers, PCs, notebooks, AIOs, tablets, or cell phones in an EMS environment
  • Technical knowledge with a good understanding of design engineering tools for servers, storage systems, PCs, or notebooks
  • Strong understanding of new product development cycles
  • Good at project budget & risk management.
  • Excellent presentation skills in both Mandarin and English
  Preference:
  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • English proficiency: TOEIC score of 800 or IELTS score of 6.0
  • Familiarity with enterprise servers, GPU servers, and AI servers knowledge
  • Basic ability to use scheduling tools, such as MS Project
