【工作職缺】:國立臺北科技大學研究型助理教授一名
【工作內容】:
進行實驗、撰寫程式、發表論文。研究領域為下列二者擇一:
1. 信號處理及時頻分析
2. 天線、微波與毫米波電路
本案為專案教師,不需滿足授課鐘點,實質內容為博士後研究員,但是以助理教授薪級起聘,並發給專案助理教授聘書。研究團隊為「電磁最佳化實驗室」,主持人為陳晏笙教授。
【徵求條件】:
具國內外電機、電子、資訊或相關背景博士學位,並符合下列專長:
1. 能夠獨立研究、發表論文
2. 申請並執行科技部計畫
3. 對無線通訊、射頻辨識防碰撞演算法、信號處理、小波轉換、錯誤更正碼感興趣,或對天線、陣列、雷達、微波與毫米波電路有經驗

【薪資待遇】:
薪級(月)69,985元起。
除固定薪資外,若聘任滿一年,另給予年終獎金一個月。聘任滿一年且論文點數達10點,則給予年終獎金兩個月。點數達25點,則給予年終獎金三個月。應聘人另可申請臺北科大「陽光獎助金—教職員及學生論文獎勵」,依核定點數授予獎金。其他福利包含生日禮券、文康活動補助、教師節禮券、停車位申請。

Call for Research Assistant Professor of Electronic Engineering at the National Taipei University of Technology
[Position]: Research assistant professor in Department of Electronic Engineering at the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), Taiwan
A RESEARCH ASSISTANT PROFESSOR position is available to join the EM Optimization Lab of Professor Yen-Sheng Chen at NTUT, for those interested in antennas, arrays, microwave and millimeter-wave components, RFID, signal processing, or error correction. This position is essentially a post-doctoral fellow, whereas the salary follows a full-time assistant professor guideline.
[Salary Range]: NTD 839,820 to US$1,049,775 per annum
[Contract Type]: Full-time
[Start Date]: Available immediately
[Location]: NTUT, Taipei
[Required qualifications]:
. PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or closely-related field
. Have outstanding research record within 5 years
. Have experience in executing research projects
. Demonstrate capacity of advanced research in one of the following two domains:
1. Wireless communication: Anti-collision algorithms for UHF RFID, signal processing, wavelet transform, or error correction
2. Antenna engineering: Antennas, arrays, microwave and millimeter-wave circuits, or radar
