1. 能夠獨立研究、發表論文
2. 對影像視訊處理/壓縮，或是深度學習之應用有興趣、經驗。
【工作職缺】：
(1)研究型教師 (專案研究助理教授)：
A. 徵求條件：具博士學位超過兩年以上者。
B. 薪級(69,985元/月)起聘。
C. 若聘任滿一年，另給予年終獎金一個月。聘任滿一年且論文點數達15點，則給予年終獎金兩個月。點數達30點，則給予年終獎金三個月。
D. 聘任後得申請科技部計畫並擔任主持人。
E. 不需授課。
(2)博士後研究人員：
A. 徵求條件：具博士學位者。
B. 薪級(56,650元/月)起聘。
C. 若聘任滿一年，另給予年終獎金一個月。聘任滿一年且論文點數達10點，則給予年終獎金兩個月。點數達25點，則給予年終獎金三個月。
【工作內容】：

Research Professor AND Postdoc of EE at the National Taipei University of Technology
Call for (1) Research Assistant Professor (2) Postdoctoral Researcher of Electronic Engineering at the National Taipei University of Technology
【Required qualifications】:
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or closely-related field
1. Be able to do research and publish paper independently.
2. Have experience and interest in image processing/compression or application of deep learning.
【Position】:
(1) Research Assistant Professor
A. Required qualifications: Have doctorate degree for more than two years.
B. Salary: NTD 69,985 per month.
C. If served for a full year, will earn one-month year-end bonus. If served for a full year and get 15 point of paper point, will earn two-month year-end bonus. If get 30 point, will earn three-month year-end bonus.
D. Can apply for the projects of Ministry Of Science and Technology Taiwan as PI.
E. No teaching requirement.
(2) Postdoctoral Researcher
A. Required qualifications: Have doctorate degree.
B. Salary: NTD 56,650 per month.
C. If served for a full year, will earn one-month year-end bonus. If served for a full year and get 10 point of paper point, will earn two-month year-end bonus. If get 25 point, will earn three-month year-end bonus.
【Responsibility】:
Conduct experiments, program codes, and write research papers. The research group is 「Multimedia optimization lab」, the principal investigator is Professor Lin, Ting-Lan. More information regarding research fields can be found on https://myweb.ntut.edu.tw/~tinglan/
