The position will manage system projects/BAU under MAMTW IT, and work closely with TW users, Business/ Ops, Regional teams, external parties, system vendors, and local IT colleagues, to ensure all the systems are smooth and stable.

  The key roles are included but are not limited to the following:
  ■ Acting as the point of contact from MAMTW IT for assigned projects, i.e. Outsourcing Projects.
  ■ IT Desk Site Support to TW users
  ■ Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  ■ Providing technical support to manage the data migration and analysis.
  ■ Fully engaging in the system requirement analysis and ensure the technical Functional Requirement Documents are prepared and signed off by both Business and IT.
  ■ Documenting required operational procedures and diagrams to ensure a smooth handover with BAU IT team.
  ■ Having IT job experience at least 2 years. (plus)
  ■ This position is a one-year contract.
