[Our Team - Griffin]
We are a dynamic team specializing in AI, machine learning, and data analysis for various Trend Micro products. Our mission is to leverage AI to provide solutions to security problems, identify opportunities for business enhancements, support decision-making processes, and deliver productivity increasing service.

[Our Role - AI/ML engineer]
Solutions to Security Problems: As part of our team, you will utilize AI technologies to develop innovative solutions that address complex security challenges. Your role will involve analyzing and detecting potential risks, and constantly integrating with our products to safeguard our customers.

Identify Opportunities for Business Enhancements: you will leverage AI capabilities to identify opportunities for enhancing our business operations. By analyzing large datasets and applying advanced algorithms, you will uncover actionable insights that drive strategic improvements, optimize processes, and contribute to our overall growth and value.

Support Decision-Making Processes: Joining us means playing a crucial role in leveraging AI to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making. You will utilize data analysis and machine learning techniques, to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and predictions. Your contributions will empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that drive us forward.

Deliver Productivity-Increasing Services: In this role, you will develop and deliver services that leverage AI to enhance productivity during our daily works. By automating manual tasks, optimizing workflows, and implementing intelligent systems, you will enable internal teams to achieve greater efficiency, saving valuable time and resources.

[Qualifications / Requirements]
Essential:
- Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, with a strong passion and interest in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Machine Learning Expertise: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and approaches, including traditional supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and LM.
- Proficiency in Python and ML Libraries: fluent in Python and rich experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch…) for building models.
- Data Analysis and Visualization Skills: Exceptional ability in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: work effectively in a collaborative environment and convey ideas and listen actively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in AI agent design; Familiar with AI tools
- Experience in cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Familiar with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark…)
- Has knowledge in computer networks or frontend.
