1. Familiar with semiconductor devices, manufacturing, design rule, and circuit design.
2. Capable of conducting Failure Mode analysis by analyzing circuit, layout, and electrical performance 
3. Experience in engineering failure analysis methodology
4. Knowledge in Product Yield Improvement Methodology
5. Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
