工作內容

1.The group focuses on developing novel/functionalized polyester resins for down-stream applications, such as bottle, sheet, or containers. You will be responsible for the development of new products, process, technologies, and environmental friendly formulations.
2.Perform polymer or organic synthesis to validate lab formulations, up-scaling in production, product characterization. 
3.Responsible for optimization of existing products based on market requirements.
4.You will participate in method development, sample testing, and data analysis in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team of chemists, engineers, and technologists.
5.Partnering with research scientists and other engineers to validate and scale up the processes to commercial production.

• 其他條件:
  1.Master or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Polymer/Material Chemistry.
  2.Experience in polymer industries (polymer processing, polymer rheology, polymer analysis) is a plus.
  3.Possess analytical thinking skills to design appropriate experiments and accurately interpret results.
  4.Enjoy working in multi-functional project teams and interdepartmental communication situations.
  5.Being a self-starter, driven by the investigation, discovery, and implementation of new technologies.
  6.Exhibit clear and effective written and oral communication skills in English. TOEIC test score above 700 or other equivalent English certification is preferred.
  7.Ensuring a safe work environment by working safely and complying with environmental, health and safety standards.
  8.Driving license.
