• Develop new customers and distribution partners in NA, and maintain strong relationships
• Visit clients, gather customer requirements, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle RFQs and collaborate with the team on quotations and proposals
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and create sales plans
• Collaborate with the PM team on new product strategies and planning
