• Simulate, optimize, and design antenna solutions for wireless consumer products to meet customer requirements, including return loss, radiation pattern, peak gain, efficiency, and OTA measurements under real-world conditions.
• Balance design trade-offs between antenna performance, mechanical constraints, industrial design, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the antenna design process for wireless products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., EE, RF, ME, SAE) from concept to production.

  Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, specializing in RF/Microwave.
  • Experience with wireless communication systems (e.g., WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS).
  • Extensive experience in addressing desense issues and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FCC, IC, CE, carrier operators, SAR, and other relevant standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cellular antenna design (e.g., GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR).
